The first humans of Narnia are Frank and his wife Helen, crowned by Aslan. Their descendants marry wood nymphs and dryads, and found the royal families of Narnia and Archenland. During the White Witch’s time, there are no humans in Narnia, which explains the creatures’ surprise at the Pevensies. Later, Caspian’s Narnia blends Telmarins and Old Narnians. The former site distinguished between "Old Narnians" and "New Narnians," meaning the creatures of old Narnia and the Telmarin humans, and listed humans as a separate people.
Other humans come from Telmar, Calormen, and the Lone Islands. For Narnia, humans must be kings, but at the service of beasts, not their masters.
