The sea people sing at the coronation of the Pevensies in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. In The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, Lucy sees, in the clear water, cities, hunters on seahorses, and a young girl looking back at her. Reepicheep first takes their gaze as a challenge, but Lucy understands that they are a peaceful people, simply curious. The old site associated this people with the Tritons and Sirens from Greek mythology.

They hunt fish while riding seahorses and dwell in sunken cities. A young girl from the Sea People and Lucy look upon each other as friends.
