The Stable and its Door

During the battle, Tirian and his companions are thrown into it one by one. They discover that it is larger on the inside than on the outside, and that it opens into the land of Aslan. Lucy recalls that another stable, in our world, once held something greater than the whole world.

At the end, all creatures parade through the door, judged by their reaction to Aslan. Peter shuts and locks it behind them, returning to the real world.

It’s a small thatched-roof stable at the top of the Stable Hill. Shift hides Puzzle inside it, then brings his victims there. It is bigger on the inside than on the outside : its door opens into the real Narnia.
