## About Digory Kirke

En bref

Peter is the eldest of the four Pevensie children. Like thousands of London children during World War II, he is sent to the countryside with his brother and sisters, to the large house of Professor Kirke. He is thirteen years old, with the sense of responsibility of an eldest son in the absence of his father, and a tendency to lecture others. In Narnia, he becomes High King, the first of the four monarchs, under the name Peter the Magnificent.

« Who has been king in Narnia remains king in Narnia. »

Once a King in Narnia, always a King in Narnia.

— The Professor Kirke, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, ch. 17
