En bref
"Tisroc" is the title of the emperor of Calormen, as one might say "pharaoh" or "sultan". One should always add "may he live forever" after his name. The dynasty claims descent from the god Tash. Several Tisrocs are named in The Horse and His Boy. Ardeeb Tisroc and Ilsombreh Tisroc are ancestors of Aravis.
