In a valley on the island stands a long table laden with a magical feast, renewed each day. Three of the lost lords lie there in a deep sleep, their beards growing over the table. They quarreled, and one of them touched the Stone Knife lying there.

The daughter of Ramandu explains that the table was set by Aslan’s command for those who come so far. Each morning, Ramandu, a resting star, emerges with her to greet the sun. White birds bring a fireberry that restores her youth.

To break the spell, one must sail to the World’s End and leave a companion behind. Reepicheep volunteers. The former site called the place the “Island of the Star” and mentioned its fireberries.

The Island of Ramandu is the last before the World’s End. A long table is set there by order of Aslan, with the Stone Knife placed upon it. Every morning, white birds come to replenish it. Three lords have slept there for years : they quarreled over what to do. Ramandu, an ancient star, lives there with his daughter.

She is the sixth of the Lonely Islands to have not yet been explored. She is also the last island before the World’s End. Ramandu, an ancient star, and his daughter live there in peace. The lords Revilian, Argoz, and Mavramorn were found there.
