Le lieu

To the west of Narnia, beyond the Lake of the Cauldron, lie the mountains and forests few Narnian travelers have explored : the Wild Lands of the West. Digory Kirke and Polly Plummer fly over them on the back of Fledge to reach the garden. Further on lives the Telmar.

To the north, beyond the Marshes and the river Shribble, stretch the Ettins’ Waste and then the land of giants, up to Harfang. This is the route taken by the quest of The Silver Chair.

These lands serve as the boundary between the known world and the unknown, from which threats and sometimes wonders come.

The Wild Lands lie to the north and west of Narnia. There are moors, forests, and mountains. Giants, wolves, and robbers live there. These are little-known regions, only ventured into when driven by a mission.
