In the book

Nikabrik introduces them to the council of Aslan’s How. The hag claims that the White Witch is not truly dead and that she can be brought back with a circle and the blue fire. The werewolf, who keeps repeating that he is hungry and angry, transforms during the argument. Both are killed in the ensuing struggle, just as Peter, Edmund, and Trumpkin arrive.
